How It Works

📞Step 1
Call the Janazah Phone
At the time of death, please call the Janazah phone: 1-866-526-2924. The phone is answered from Fajr time to 11 pm daily. -
🚐Step 2
Transportation
Transportation will be in a fully equipped funeral vehicle. We transport your loved one from the place of death (or morgue) to the Masjid, and from the Masjid to the Cemetery for burial. -
🕊️Step 3
Ghusl / Washing Service
Washing/Ghusl service will be performed solely by TCC. (Note: up to 3 family members are allowed to be present.) -
🤲Step 4
Janazah Prayers
Though we try our best to have the Janazah on the same day of death (or as soon as possible), this may not always be possible. Janazah prayers are held at the centre at:- 11:00 AM
- Immediately after Dhuhr (approx. 1:40 PM)
On Fridays (due to Jumu'ah prayers), Janazah Prayers are performed in the TCC building. Ghusl is performed solely by TCC.

Funeral Service Fees
The total Funeral Service Fee is $1,200.00. See the breakdown below:

Some charges are required to be paid to third parties in the provision of services (disbursements). These include costs included in the payment to the Masjid and then paid out on behalf of the family (at cost, taxes where applicable included).
Payment: All payments to TCC Canada must be paid via Credit Card or bank draft on the day of service upon signing.

Pre-Purchasing Grave Lots
Yes. You can pre-purchase graves based on the inventory directly from the Cemetery. Please contact us for our Funeral Coordinator to support you through the purchase process.
Note: At this time, TCC does not have grave plots available for direct purchase. However, our Funeral Coordinator is available to assist families throughout the process of purchasing a suitable burial plot. Through our established relationships with several cemeteries, we are able to provide guidance, answer questions, and help families make informed decisions during this important process. The cemeteries listed above are among the many cemetery partners we work closely with.

What do I do at the time of death?
At the time of death, please call the Janazah phone: 1-855-452-6292. The phone is answered from Fajr time to 11 pm daily.
We will send you a link to fill out Form 15, which is required to start any burial process. The process varies depending on where the death occurs. We can assist with filling out the form as well if needed.
When are Janazah prayers held?
Janazah prayers are held at the centre at 11 AM and immediately after Dhuhr (approximately 1:40 PM).
On Fridays (due to Jumu'ah prayers), We hold Janazah Prayers in the TCC building.
