Tawheed Community Centre (TCC) is excited to offer a Weekly Pilates Program designed exclusively for women. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to build consistency in a supportive environment, this class is perfect for you!

This 60-minute coach-led Pilates Session will guide you through low-impact movements that improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body control. Using body weight and gravity-based exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, arms, and legs while enhancing mind-body awareness.

Join us to improve your fitness, build confidence, and connect with like-minded women in a comfortable, women-only space. No prior experience is required—this program is designed for all fitness levels!

Note: Please bring your own mat.

Program Details:

  • Schedule: Every Sunday from March 29th to June 7th.
    • Blackout Dates: April 5.
  • Duration: 12 Classes.
  • Registration Options:
    • $130 for the full package (All 12 Classes)
    • $20 Drop-in Per Class
